Presentation of PEGASE project

Approaches, landings and take-offs, or more generally, maneuvers or navigation in the terminal zone, are among the most critical tasks in aircraft operation.

PEGASE is a feasibility study of a new Navigation System which allows a three dimensional truly autonomous approach and guidance for airports and helipads and improves the integrity and accuracy of GNSS differential navigation systems.

Final Workshop - September 2009

After almost three years, the consortium work is coming to its end. As was foreseen from the beginning, a stakeholders' workshop will be held during the september month in Paris premises of Dassault Aviation. The goal of this workshop is to understand the distance that exists between this feasibility study and its application to a real NAVAID system that could be used in aircraft.

Those willing to assist must write to the coordinator of the project (Bruno Patin). The number of seats being limited, we will be able to host only the first that will register.
